About Me

I was born and raised in Nelspruit, South Africa - a gateway to the Kruger National Park and home to zebras, elephants, rhinos and other wildlife.

As a child I enjoyed the freedom of the outdoors and explored and sketched all the beautiful flowers and plants around me. I have a very positive outlook on life which transpires in my motivation for creating art and my love for colors– to uplift the viewer. At a later stage in my life, I’ve moved to Swakopmund, Namibia, where I’ve lived for 15 years. That’s when I started exploring more with my art.

I’ve done about six solo exhibitions and a number of joined exhibitions. I’ve worked on commission for a firm called Namib Mills, where I’ve created six paintings for their yearly calendar. One of my paintings has also been selected at an exhibition and bought by the president of Namibia. I’ve also done a stamp collection for the postal service, Nampost, in Namibia, and I’ve I have 6 years of experience, working where I helped pick out the perfect frame for different masterpieces.

I work mainly in oil, but I also do pen and pencil sketches, aquarelle on paper, watercolors, and acrylics.

I recently moved to Amsterdam and decided to continue living out my passion for art in this beautiful city that I now call home.
